Message of Logo Design Competition
As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations commemorating 75 years of dedicated service by the Directorate of Research, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, a Pan-India Logo Design Competition is being organized to create a new official logo for the Department. The competition aims to develop a distinctive visual identity that reflects the Directorate’s legacy, achievements, and vision for the future in the fields of research, heritage preservation, cultural documentation, and knowledge promotion.
The competition is open to participants from across India. All entries will be evaluated by a duly constituted Selection Committee comprising experts and officials nominated by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. The final selection and official unveiling of the winning logo will take place during the Phase-II Platinum Jubilee Celebration scheduled for October 2026.
Objectives
To commemorate the 75-year journey of the Directorate of Research.
To create a unique and meaningful logo representing the Department’s mission and vision.
To encourage creativity and public participation in the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
To establish a modern visual identity that reflects the Directorate’s role in preserving and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of Arunachal Pradesh.
Award
The designer of the winning logo will be awarded a cash prize of ₹75,000 (Rupees Seventy-Five Thousand only) along with a certificate of appreciation. The selected logo may be adopted as the official logo of the Directorate of Research, subject to approval by the competent authority.
The competition will serve as a significant highlight of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations and provide a platform for creative minds across the country to contribute to the Department’s historic milestone.
